Global Strategic Solutions (GSS), a U.S.-based sovereign advisory platform, has entered into a strategic partnership with GVG (Global Voice Group), a leading Spanish RegTech and GovTech company specializing in digital infrastructure for governments and regulatory bodies.
Through this collaboration, GSS and GVG will jointly deliver advanced, data-driven solutions to digitize governance, strengthen institutional intelligence, and modernize public-sector ecosystems. The offering spans financial compliance, telecom analytics, AI-powered regulatory platforms, and national-scale digital transformation.
The agreement was signed earlier this month by Mr. David Luke, Executive Director of Global Strategic Solutions, during a closed-door meeting in Madrid.
